What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, and we'll assist you with a replacement or refund.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at eira@ikaslandi.com. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

We do not offer assembly services at this time. However, most of our products are easy to assemble and come with detailed instructions. If you have any questions about assembly, feel free to contact us.
