Kaslandi | Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

Shipping Areas

We ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery: 7–14 business days (most orders arrive within 7–10 business days)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather, or other circumstances

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via FedEx or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Important — Solid Wood Furniture

Please ensure doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate the item before ordering. Packaging may be larger than the product itself. Returns due to size or access issues are the customer's responsibility, including return shipping costs. Retain all original packaging until the item is fully inspected.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no recipient available, refusal, or inaccessible location, additional re-delivery or storage fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Risk

Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If tracking shows "Delivered," the order is considered complete. For carrier-related loss or misdelivery, we will assist in filing a claim.
