Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused and unassembled items
- Original condition with all original packaging
- No signs of wear, installation, or modification
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date
Return Shipping Fees:
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please contact us by email after shipping the item back, and provide the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm your cancellation request, we will process a refund.
Solid Wood Disclaimer (Important)
Solid wood is a natural material, and its unique characteristics are part of its charm! Please note the following:
- Natural Variations: Wood grain, color, knots, texture, and natural markings are normal and not considered defects.
- Minor Dimensional Changes: Variations of up to ±1 inch can occur due to manual measurements and production processes.
- Environmental Changes: Temperature and humidity can cause natural wood expansion or contraction, which is not a product defect and does not affect functionality.
These natural properties ensure your product is one-of-a-kind!
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery.
For faster resolution, please include:
- Order number
- Contact information
- Clear photos of the issue
Keep all items and packaging until your claim is resolved. If the replacement is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated availability or offer an alternative solution.
180-Day Replacement / Repair Warranty
We offer a 180-day replacement or repair warranty for eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within 180 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
- Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the cancellation, we will process your refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

Refund Process

Exchange Policy

Gift Orders
If the item was a gift:
- Returns will be issued as store credit.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a gift certificate for the return value.
- Refunds for non-gift orders will be issued to the original purchaser.
