- Original packaging intact, no signs of wear or modification
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping for non-defective items.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item, applied to your original payment method.
Solid Wood — Natural Characteristics
Solid wood is unique by nature. The following are not defects:
- Variations in grain, color, knots, or texture
- Dimensional tolerance of ±1 inch
- Minor expansion/contraction due to temperature or humidity
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and contact info. Keep all items and packaging until resolved.
180-Day Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects for 180 days from delivery. Does not cover misuse, improper care, or normal wear.
To claim: email us with your order number and photos.
Partial Refunds
May apply if items show signs of use, assembly, or damage not caused by us, or if returned outside the eligible period.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or transit-damaged items only.
